Mood:
Chocolate. Doesn't the mention of the word make your mouth water?
The smell of warm brownies coming out of the oven. The sight of melted chocolate chips in a warm cookie. A chocolate fountain flowing with warm, silky goodness.
It calls to me. There is no doubt in my mind why Chocolate was considered "food for the Gods" by ancient civilizations.
I learned recently that a large Chocolatier has scoured the earth for regional Chocolate beans. These beans are used to create chocolate bars with a single bean flavor. Cacao beans were obtained from places such as Belgium, Guatemala and Germany. YUMM!
I say we need to start a great new trend of chocolate tasting parties. Anyone interested?
